Description:
The E.coli derived recombinant protein contains the HCV NS5 Genotype 6a immunodominant regions, amino acids 2212-2313. The protein is fused with GST tag N-terminus.
Applications:
HCV NS5 Genotype-6a antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.
Purification Method:
HCV NS5 Genotype-6a protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
HCV NS5 Genotype-6a protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Formulation:
1.5M urea, 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 0.2% Triton-X & 50% Glycerol.
