Interleukin-13 His Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 112 amino acids fragment (21-132) having a molecular weight of 12.84 kDa with a 4 kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
The IL-13 His is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
