Description:
Interleukin-19 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 17913 Dalton.
The IL-19 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms:
Melanoma differentiation association like protein, MDA1, NG.1, ZMDA1, IL-10C, IL-19.
Source:
Escherichia Coli.
Amino Acid Sequence:
The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Met-Leu-Arg-Arg-Cys.
Purity:
Greater than 99.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility:
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin -19 in sterile 18MΩ–cm H2O at a concentration of 0.5mg/ml or less.
Formulation:
Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution in water containing 10mM sodium citrate pH-5.
Stability:
Lyophilized Interleukin-19 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 °C. Upon reconstitution IL19 should be stored at 4 °C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 °C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Activity:
The activity is determined by it's ability to activate STAT following receptor-ligand interaction.
Physical Appearance:
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Usage:
Denovo Biotechnology's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
