Purity:

Solubility:
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL36g in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered concentrated solution in 1xPBS, pH 7.4, containing 5% trehalose.
Stability:
Lyophilized IL36g Human although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 °C. Upon reconstitution IL36g should be stored at 4 °C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 °C.

Activity:
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as measured by its ability to induce IL-8 secretion in human preadipocytes is less than 15ng/ml, corresponding to a Specific Activity of 67,000 IU/mg.
