Custom Mouse Antibody
Balb/C females, are immunized via intramuscular injection with your antigen. At day 30 of the protocol, a terminal bleed is taken.
Each bleed will average approximately 2 ml serum per animal at approximately 2 - 4 mg/ml serum antibody. The antibody can be purified via several commonly used methods, but Protein G sepharose column chromatography is the most common.
We will need 1 milligram of your antigen to complete the 2 animal protocol. Immunoaffinity purification or protocol extensions may require additional antigen.

| 1 | 10 µl pre-bleed. Inject 0.1 ml antigen mixed with 0.1 ml Complete Freund's adjuvant. |
| 18 | Inject 0.1 ml antigen mixed with 0.1 ml Incomplete Freund's adjuvant. |
| 25 | Inject 0.1 ml antigen mixed with 0.1 ml Incomplete Freund's adjuvant. |
| 30 | Production bleed/exsanguination. |
