The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus Der P1 full length protein (a.a. 1-321) and fused to a 6 His Tag at C-terminus, having a total Mw of 34.5kDa, pI 5.6.

Applications:
Use as an antigen in ELISA and Western Blots.

Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

(1mg/ml) 60mM NaCl, 50mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0 and 1.2M Urea.
Storage:
Der-P1 although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored below -18 °C.
