Description:
G-CSF Human Recombinant produced in HEK cells is a glycosylated monomer, having a molecular weight range of 21-25kDa due to glycosylation.
The G-CSF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Solubility:
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized G-CSF in sterile water not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

The G-CSF was lyophilized from 1mg/ml in 1xPBS.
Stability:
Lyophilized G-CSF although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 °C. Upon reconstitution G-CSF should be stored at 4 °C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 °C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Activity:
The specific activity was determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of murine M-NFS-60 cells (Mouse Myeloid Leukemia indicator cell line) and is typically 0.02-0.08ng/ml.
