The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the NS1 Dengue Virus full length Type-3 immunodominant regions.
The dengue protein is fused to a 6xHis tag at C-terminus.

Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.

Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 12% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Formulation:
PBS and 0.02% NaN3.
Storage:
Dengue NS1, ST3 although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored below -18 °C.
