Description:
The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the NS1 Dengue Virus c-end Type-2 immunodominant regions.
Applications:
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
Purification Method:
Dengue protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Dengue Protein is >90% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Formulation:
20mM Tris-Hcl pH 8.0, 8M urea & 60mM NaCl.
Storage:
Dengue although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored below -18 °C.
