Description:
The E.Coli derived recombinant mosaic protein contains the HHV-4 EBNA regions, 1-90, 408-498 amino acids, the Mw is 46kDa (including 26kDa GST tag).
Applications:
EBV-EBNA1 antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HHV-4 (EBV) with minimal specificity problems.
Purification Method:
EBV-EBNA1 was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
EBV-EBNA1 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Formulation:
50mM Tris-HCl pH 8, 10mM glutation, 60mM NaCl and 0.5% sarcosyl.
Specificity:
Immunoreactive with sera of EBV-infected individuals.
Storage:
EBV-EBNA1 protein although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored below -18 °C.
