The protein contains the full-length HCV NS3 (c33c) immunodominant region.
Applications:
HCV NS3 Genotype-5a antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.

HCV NS3 Genotype-5a protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
HCV NS3 Genotype-5a protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
