Description:
The E.coli derived recombinant protein contains the HCV NS5 Genotype1a immunodominant regions, amino acids 2322-2423 having a total Mw of 38.34kD which includes a 26Kda GST tag.
Applications:
HCV NS5 Genotype-1a antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.
Purification Method:
HCV NS5 Genotype-1a protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
HCV NS5 Genotype-1a protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
