Description:
HIV-1 TAT Biotin Recombinant- produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 86 amino acids encoded by two exons and having chain having a molecular mass of 14kDa and was biotinylated with NHS biotin.

Applications:
HIV-1 TAT Biotin protein biotinylation is determined by Western Blotting and ELISA analysis using streptavidin–HRP conjugated as a detection reagent. Free biotin is eliminated by dialysis against PBS. Protein concentration is determined using a BIORAD protein assay.
Purity:
Greater than 90.0% as determined by HPLC analysis & SDS-PAGE.
Formulation:
1x PBS & 0.05% glycerol.
Stability:
HIV-1 TAT biotin recombinant although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18 °C.
